Mr delivery - taking my money & time

I ordered quite a lot of food from mr delivery & the driver came I opened 4 times and noticed the driver was just chilling by the gate, i asked on the intercom why ain’t you bringing my food, he advised me that his car does not lock, I then contacted mr d and advised them that my driver did not want to bring my food to my door as that happened my driver cancelled my order my issue was still logged on mr delivery. Please note I had pj’s on and no shoes and could not go to the main road which is 500m away from my door

Mr delivery called me and advise that they can only refund 50% of my order which food I did not get as well waited over an hour for my order. Which means I basically paid mr delivery to waste my time
