Mr Delivery taking money for orders not received

I placed an order for 2x street wise 2 and the driver picked it up from KFC Robin Acres. i missed the drivers call and when i called back he was not answering, went to the gate he was not there. checked the where about of the driver on the map had a GPS error not connecting. called KFC and Tshepo the supervisor advised that i must log Mr D because the food was taken from them I MANAGED TO GET THROUGH YOUR STUPID DRIVER AND WHEN I ASKED HIM WHERE IS MY FOOD HE DROPPED THE LINE ON ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK HE DID THE SAME THING. Elma Nukani from Mr D,senT me an email to say that i wont be refunded because the driver tried to contact me, whereas i called back the driver immidiately after receiving the missed call.
