MR DELIVERY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND FOOD!

I ordered today, Never got my food was advised that I was sent an in-app message, I can not find this "message", I answered the call that was made by the driver (as they always call) and no one spoke, next thing my order was canceled, Driver took the food to Head Office??? The Call Center agent told me it was my fault for not answering the in-app message and since it is "MY FIRST OFFENCE" I can get a 50% reimbur*****t. The restaurant was more helpful that Mr. Delivery who blamed me for everything. So basically I order food, answer a call, my order is canceled, my food is not delivered and I can't get my money back! I am so irate and most of the departments I work with will be deleting their Mr Delivery apps for fear their money will be taken and food not delivered. We were told by the restaurant that this is something that happens and we should rather use UBER eats as they go the extra mil for their clients. I also mentioned to the call center agent that I have sent messages in previous orders and never received a response so to blame me for not answering a message I did not get is appalling! So as per the "process," They can get your food, call you once, send an in-app message and immediately cancel your order and keep the food??? How is this acceptable. I was also told I can no longer see the in-app message as the order was canceled. PLEASE DELETE YOUR APPS TODAY. Absolutely disgusting service to take someone's money and food and tell you its your fault.
