MR Delivery sucks!

I ordered food to the value of R288. still not delivered, their response was that the driver arrived at the estate gate and called me with no response from me. so the delivery was deemed as failed. MY PHONE NEVER RANG!!!!!!! Who orders food and does not anticipate a call? Upon phoning the helpline it was made clear that "the driver did was he was supposed to. we can only refund 50%". So who the hell is eating my food!!!!
