Mr Delivery Sucks!

We ordered food for Fathers day and the food we got wasnt the correct order. I then called Mr Delivery stating that we would like the food instead of a refund which the agent then agreed he would send me a new order number. More than an hour passed and still no order number etc. I then called back and then spoke to another agent who then notified me that my previous agent had trouble processing a new order for me ( not even notifying me firstly) this agent just left me hanging and this new agent processed my order once I had to settle for a refund which I really didnt want. I wanted my food???? Uninstalling Mr Delivery as we gave you guys over enough chances.
