MR DELIVERY STOLE MY MONEY AND WON'T PAY IT BACK

I placed an order on the 27th of May but I never recieved it. The system was very problematic so it kept asking me to resubmit the order, which I did. The order never went through to the restaurant and was not captured on the system, but the charges went through on my bank account. I was not aware how many charges went through, I thought it was only 1, so I contacted the restaurant fir ny refund and about 3 days later I recieved the refund. I later reveieved a notification from my bank for a negative balance on my account so I checked my statement and was appaulled to find 5 CHARGES from Mr Delivery, amounting to about R500. I also saw a R200 charge from my bank for the negative balance caused by this. I immediately contacted Mr Delivery and informed them of this. They made no effort to get in touch with me. About 5 days ago I spoke to an agent there and she asked me to send my bank statement, which I did. I also informed her that I get charged for downloading the statement and that Mr Delivery will have to cover it. We went through my statement together and confirmed all the charges. She said she can not authorise a refund of that amount, so she will be referring everything to her manager. She later called d me to inform me her manager escalated it to the finance team and they would be in contact. The finance team still has not contacted me. I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY MR DELIVERY. THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO PAY IT BACK. HOW THE HELL DOES THE PAYMENT GO THROUGH WHEN THE ORDER HASN'T???!!! I've never had this problem with Uber Eats. Their system will NEVER take money from your account before the restaurant accepts your order. THIS HAPPENED ON THE 27TH OF MAY 2020 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK. MY ACCOUNT REMAINS WITH A DEBIT BALANCE WHICH THE BANK WILL BILL ME FOR AGAIN SOON. YOUR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED, I COMPLAINED AND SENT THROUGH MY MOST PERSONAL DOCUMENT TO CONFIRM THIS AND STILL NOTHING FROM YOU!!!!!!!
