Mr Delivery STOLE my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually give them a ZERO rating!!!! I ordered on the 21st from Mr delivery I have made the payment and after the payment went through, only then they advised me the restaurant could not be contacted. They have promised to refund me I have called them numerous times and they told me to check my account, I have checked my account every day since and the money has not been refunded. They have given me a voucher of R100.00 for a R800.00 order. It is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! These cheap skates! I want my money refunded TODAY by end of business or I WILL take it further. It is 11 days later and I haven't heard anything from them and I feel that it is NOT my responsibility to follow up on their ***** ups!!!
