Mr D has had ample time to allow for the heavy volumes of food orders that would be coming in once the lock down gets slightly lifted. Also if they cant deliver our food why ***** our money ??? Its theft on another level. On the 2nd May 2020 , I had tried to place an order for KFC on the MR D app. I kept receiving an error so i logged off and logged back on. The moment to it got to the “continue to payment” prompt I had received an error advising “technical issues” however there was an automatic deduction of R316.75.

What angers me most is their lame auto response to mails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS THEFT ON ANOTHER LEVEL.
