Mr Delivery *****s money from public

i can't even give them one star! i ordered food for two consecutive times and the delivery person got the address wrong! i am not willing to pay for cold, soggy food. i cancelled my order (DFD***9) 27/10/2020. my order was cancelled but NO refund was made. no telephone is answered (used up R200 in pay-as-you-go fees for holding on telephone lines!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! i am one of the 1000's of people wait for payback!! Mr Delivery's are sharks and *****s your money!!!
