Mr Delivery *****ing Money

I ordered some food through the Mr Delivery App, my order was rejected by the food place due to stock however tyhe Mr Delivery App still took my money and has not refunded me, this has happened twice now and I have been waiting 3 days for my money back, how the hell can you allow this to happen and then expect me to wait for my money back when your stupid app *****ed things up?!?!?!?!?!?
