Mr Delivery *****ing food

Order food and the driver cancelled the chat and never delivered. I phoned the restuarant and they co firmed the food was picked up late. I got hold of the driver, I heard him delivering food somewhere and simply stated the food is cold because the restuarant was slow and I must get a refund from Mr D. I am discussed!
