Mr. Delivery staff stole my supper!

I ordered food on 25 July, never received a message or a call to notify me that the delivery guy has arrived. I checked my app about 40minutes after placing the order and the status said "delivered". I sent an email to the support team and Zara T. responded with a generic email saying the driver management team will look into it. I followed up by asking for a full refund and nobody got back to me since then. ****** lousy *******!
