Mr Delivery should handle complaints better.

I have been using Mr Delivery for plus minus a year now as my Uber eats hasn’t been working. So far I’ve had little complaints but the few I did have were totally ignored. Unlike Uber eats, Mr Delivery handles complaints with very little effort which is very frustrating when you have been cheated on an order. Besides that, they are normally fast and effective.
