Mr delivery should change their name to Mr unreliable!

I placed an order at 17:32 this evening. Order was expected to be delivered at 18:36 estimated. With numerous emails to and from one of your employees by the name of Maxwell telling me that a driver had been assigned to collect my order.

What do you know 19:35 my order was canceled. Mr D is the most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. Perpetual ***** as well. Your service delivery is pathetic and because of this you have lost a few clients! But I guess you wouldn’t care!
