Mr Delivery service becoming poorer by the day 🚮

I Placed my order at Pick n Pay Elgin Mall over 2 hours ago but it has not been delivered yet. I have been debited R601 already. When I track my order it shows that the store packed it by 16:42 but Mr D has not collected it yet. I spoke to an agent earlier on who said they were going to create a new ETA but the app did not update me on a new estimated delivery, it just showed the order would be coming from a different pick n pay instead. Mr Delivery unconvinced me here. I bought diapers there which I desperately needed to be delivered today. I am livid to say the least.
