Mr Delivery - Service **********

Firstly i have always been a loyal customer of Mr Delivery, i ordered in at least 2-3 times a week for supper and then also for lunch while at work. I have started making use of the Pick n Pay shopping option, but i have had so many issues with this, receiving old bread, or not receiving stock which i need for my 2 year old daughter but when calling to the store they actually have stock right infront of them. So i usually end up spending the last of the money i have to get my items delivered so when they dont have a certain item they put it to your credit wallet so what do you do? you have to re-use it on the site but they dont have the item you looking for, once i tried thrice on one day to order diapers, i tried, different pack sizes and tried the premium brand and was told out of stock but when i called the store they said they do have stock and then i told them i just placed an order and they then said to me there is nothing that can be done, i asked them cant they put the stock on the site again so i can order it and they said no, mind you i would then need to pay an additional delivery fee again of R35 so Mr Delivery now gets R70 for delivery. You have an option to request a payout on the app and you receive your money back in 3-5 days, but you need the item now? So what d o you do? You dont have funds just laying around, they receive the money for the order immediately but you must wait days for your money. Once i had to borrow money to get diapers for my daughter as the funds of R300 was sitting on this credit wallet. I have attempted speaking to them on so many occasions asking why they do business this way? People in these times cant just have money laying there we need our money. They prey on people such as myself, who as much as i dont want to make us of this pathetic service am forced too as i do not have a car and have to make use of public transport. I usually place orders with them when i am unable to get to the shop, like when my daughter is not well, so how do i get to the shop? The best way is for me to make use of this service and then need to just accept this horrible service.
