Mr delivery service

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Mr D Delivery tonight.

I placed an order at 17:42, and since then the delivery time has been changed twice with absolutely no proper communication or updates provided. It is now 19:36, and I still have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive.

This order totals over R700 worth of food, which is completely unacceptable for this level of service. To make matters worse, when trying to contact customer support, calls were ended while I was speaking, and I was then left on hold for over 10 minutes without assistance. Being put through to talk to the restaurant directly for them to tell me delivery will take another hour and 30 minutes.

Customers deserve proper communication, accountability, and basic customer service — especially when spending this amount of money. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing.

I expect urgent feedback regarding this matter and an explanation for the poor service received.
