Mr Delivery *****s from their clients

I have been struggling for 3 months to sort out a snack me voucher issue. The voucher was sent to the correct number, the person even recieved the email and accepted the voucher via email, but when trying to use itnon the app it does not exist. I have been sent fromnpillar to post to get this resolved even used more airyime than what the voucher is worth. Yhe principle is that Mr Delivery *****s from people by not sorting out issues and every consultant i have dealt withbis just as useless as the next. Probably spoke to 20 consultants.
