Mr Delivery robbing

I ordered food from my Mr Delivery app and they debited the money from my account but the food didn’t arrive. I then emailed support to advise them that my food didn’t arrive and the money was taken. And they rep**** to say it shows on there side that the food was delivered. Well it wasn’t!!! I then rep**** to them saying that it wasn’t delivered and they didn’t even bother emailing me back with feedback. They are a bunch of ******. Don’t ever opt in for EFT they will probably rob you as well
