Mr Delivery ****** me advised my money will be reversed immediately and then says I have to wait 5 working days for R407 pathetic!!!!

I ordered from Mr Delivery Panorottis and they then cancelled both my orders. The first one was R230.70 and the 2nd one was R176.80 I got a message to say both amounts was reversed immediately from Mr Delivery yet the funds never showed up in my bank account. I called the contact centre who told me that there is nothing they can do and that I need to wait...I then spoke to a manager called Monique who was rude and when my credit cut never bothered to call me back just told me I have to wait 5 working days for a refund after being told that the reversal is immediate. I told her this has happened previously on the app but the fund was available immediately however she just repeated herself and advised she cant help me. I want my funds back as this is alot of money.
