Mr. Delivery refuses to refund me for undelivered order! Can Consumer Council help?!

As per your questionnaire HelloPeter on whether I’d recommend Mr. Delivery, the answer is a definite NO!!! They are still refusing to refund me for an order not delivered yet paid for! They are telling me, via Sive Kuta; to apply for credit to get cash back or something. I want my money back!!!! You may think my R200.00 or thereabouts means nothing; to me it’s a lot of money if services were not rendered. Pay back my money asseblief. The Consumer Protection Act is clear; if you don’t believe me, let’s try it!
