Mr Delivery - Refusal to delete customer accounts

I contacted Mr Delivery to delete my profile with them. For personal reasons I no longer want a food delivery service at my fingertips. What I found SHOCKINGLY ********* is that there is no option to opt-out - not on the app, and not on the website. I called and they told me that to delete my profile will take 3 - 6 MONTHS and on top of that - if I choose to delete my profile, I will be BLACKLISTED and I will never be able to use their service again. The best they can do is to temporarily suspend my account. How on earth can this be ethical business practice?????
