Mr delivery refunds and customer support utterly useless

My order was cancelled twice first on the 14th of february and then the saturday on the 15th february from different restaurants both orders were rejected, how can restaurants offer services but decline to accept your order, needless to say that i used my card and im still waiting for my refunds, mr delivery does not even apologise or make sure that their clients get refunded i am sure that it might still take some time before i get my money back but i will never use mr delivery again. Shocking service
