Mr Delivery Refund (No Response)

I ordered something yesterday and it never arrived but hey charged me, then I opened a request to get a refund but they just ignoring the request, I have done 3 already.

Its frustrating, they must focus, and also reply to their customers, I don't think I will use them again. Quick to debit but slow to refund.
