Mr delivery, promises promises, but wheres the delivery?

Mr deliverys bluff drivers are no good. They are always late / delayed. Tonight is the second time where my kids will now have to eat a sandwich before bed because Mr delivery does not have the decency to let you know if your order can't be delivered. You have to log a query, to receive no response, then you have to call the call centre. Call centre tells you there is a delay at the store and asks if I want to wait, I inform her I have 2 kids that need to eat so YES I will wait! 1 freakin minute after our conversation, she cancels my freakin order and refunds my money to the Mr d app and not even to my bank. Thanx for nothing. If. This was the first time, then yeah, you can probably look past this, but this is the second time of NO delivery and the umpteenth time of missing food on orders. I know you can't control the restaurant, but do SOMETHING, have the driver check the order on the slip before accepting and them taping it up, call a customer and tell them they are out of stock or they are late. Don't wait for us to call you when delivery time has passed. This is ridiculous really.
