Mr delivery poor service, no food and no refund

I ordered food for collection on Mr Delivery for collection. I went to collect using drive through, and I was told that I need to go inside the restaurant. After packing my car, I realised that I didn't have my mask and I couldn't make it in time as they were about to close the restaurant. The following day I experienced health complications and had to go to the hospital. Only getting better now. Today I when I went back to the restaurant they told me they had rejected/cancelled my order and that I need to contact Mr delivery, which I did, I spoke to a lady by the name of Dimpho, she was very rude and didn't care to listen to my reasons for not collecting in time, instead she was more focused on telling me that their terms and conditions doesn't give refund and that I should have collected my food same day. So as I speak now, I've lost my money to Mr delivery. Such poor service.
