Mr Delivery - Poor Service

First of all, the food is always cold when I receive it. Secondly my latest order was incomplete, I did report it to Mr Delivery, they did respond to me and said "Please accept our sincerest apologies for your recent experience. This is not the type of service we want you to receive. The details of your experience have been sent to our restaurant management team who’ll ensure this is dealt with." After 3 weeks no response as yet. I did not get what I pay for and an answerlike this is way too easy. After this I will most like never use Mr Delivery again.
