Mr Delivery - Poor service

I ordered food from Chicking The Glen Shopping Mall Gleneagles. DFD*** - 09 June 2023. Delivery was for 19H00 and kept updating. At 19H10 it showed the food was collected but when we tracked the driver, the tracker was not moving. The driver was not responding on the chat. Food delivered 19H26. 30mins later. Not impressed.
