Mr Delivery poor service

I have informed Mr Delivery and opened up complaints that orders was placed and funds was deducted out my bank account and i did not even ordered food via their app on both occasions.I then had to provide bankstatement showing the deductions and nothing transpired.Then again funds was deducted from my account which was the same amounts on different dates,I informed them again and again as i made enquires the last 2 months no feedback was provided except that the finance team is investigating still!No one calls me back or provide positive feedback and no refunds still.This is really the worst service i have experienced!
