Mr Delivery poor service

I used Mr Delivery to order KFC and when the driver gets to the destination he gives someone else my order that I paid for using my card online, my Tebogo (African name) and he decided to give my order to an Indian girl, when I call him on the numbers he used to call me, he says I should look for that Indian girl, on top of it all he is arrogant enough to tell me not to call the office he can pay me back my money lol and that time I was hungry, when I called the office all they did was replace and not trying to even offer compensation for what happened. And mind you this was not first incident with their driver, first time the driver stole my wings from my order.
