Mr Delivery poor and rude service

I placed an order and received a message that the food has arrived even though the driver only arrived 15 mins after. The driver was actually one of the managers and he called to get directions because he didn't even know the complex name even though its clear on my profile before placing an order. He was extremely rude and when he finally arrived he shoved the food into my hand without saying a word and left
