Mr Delivery, please deliver me of my Hunger!!

So, on an evening with loadshedding in full-swing, I decide to order in from Mr Delivery just before a quarter to seven in the evening. As usual, all went according to clockwork using the app. Unfortunately, the driver delivered a totally incorrect order. I called Mr Delivery, explained the problem to them, whereupon they requested I take a photo of the order received, so they could compare what I received with what I had placed. Said photo was taken and sent to Mr Delivery. I was informed that my order would be replaced, and that it would be delivered to me, and that I could track the order on the app. Next thing, I get a notification from the app telling me that the order was cancelled!? I called Mr Delivery again to find out what the situation is, whereupon I was informed that the order was sent out for delivery to me. Almost two hours later, and still no food, no communication from Mr Delivery to let me know what the status of my delivery is, unless I call them, and each time I call, I am told that my food is on the way...not the service expected from Mr Delivery.
