Mr Delivery payment ****

Beware of the Mr Delivery **** - they take your order, charge your credit card so the money is in their bank and then they send an email to let you know that "the order could not be completed due to difficulties"! No reason given. When I called to query I was told there were no drivers and I would be refunded within 3 to 7 working days!!!! How many customers do they do this to? A nice sum of money making interest. How can you run a delivery business with no drivers? This should be stated before the order is completed. Or alternatively, let the customer know that the order is at least delayed, until the drivers are available, seeing as though the payment has already been done!
