Mr Delivery payment, no delivery

Tried to place an order in the Mr D app. Money was deducted from my account and when there was not confirmation or delivery of order. Tried contacting them today and I was told i must call my bank even though my bank statement shows the funds were paid. Im disappointed service from Luyolo Mtiyane who attended to my call.
