Mr Delivery pathetic

********** experience, although Uber Eats is vastly worse. Pick n Pay is the main cause. They can never pick basic items, they sometimes only manage to fill half the order for just basic stuff like milk and water, then they send stuff with the wrong delivery driver which ends up going to someone else and you have to cancel order, they dont readily give refund it takes many days to request for refund over app and you are inconvenienced all the while (I mean shouldnt you just get a refund if the fvcking order is not filled? What is the problem with that, its just ***** if you keeping money due to customers only because they haven't requested it over your stupid app yet). Are you paying tax even on all that ****** money. They need to be better regulated because this is fvcked at the moment.
