Mr Delivery order not recieved and no refund!!

I orderd food from Mr Delivery. The restaurant is in Woodstock. I stay in Sea point. The food was collected at 20:17pm and surprisigly it said delivered at 20:21pm. I never received my order and support insists that I did. Im so annoyed and unhappy. I want my money back! I sent them the proof but they are still not helping me.
