Mr Delivery or Mr Collect?

As I usually do I opened my Mr. Delivery app to order my lunch to be delivered not realizing that they have changed the option to collection as they do not have any drivers available. As soon as I notice this, I contacted Mr Delivery to ask if there is any why of them resolving this, by sending out one of their drivers to collect & delivering it as they suppose to do only to hear that they are unable to do so, then I requested a refund as I did not receive the goods, which they also have declined to do??? This is beyond ridiculous, I am actually lost for words... Never using Mr D or supporting Kauai N1 City Value Centre. Please pay back my R142.00 for the food which I did not receive.
