Mr Delivery, Once again Disappointment.

I have been purchasing from Mr Delivery on multiple occassions, However today I purchased items only for the order to be picked and then saying cancelled. Details is We're having trouble processing and delivery, Failed delivery injection. My money has not returned to me in credit nor back to my account. I have called your PNP center *** only to have wasted R100 on airtime to be cut off! As a customer of PNP and Mr Delivery this is an absolute embarrassment. You have just lost another customer. Please return my money if you cannot fullfill my order. I will not wait 7 days for a refund, you took the money immediately. I want my funds due immediately.
