Mr Delivery not responding to complaint

Ordered pizza On 1 May 2020 at 14:35 and after struggling, again at 14:43 through Mr Delivery from Andiccio. Took both payments from bank account but did not deliver pizza. DFD***0 DFD***5 Numerous complaints later, no response. And conveniently, only able to log an email over their system. Struggling with phone numbers on the site that don’t work. I want my money bac****!!!!!!
