Mr Delivery not refunding your money

I have tried calling but the call centre is closed. Orders were placed on Saturday but an error message popped up: "Oh no! Something went wrong... We're sorry but something's gone wrong with your order. Please contact us and quote your order number." It also stated 'You have been fully refunded' however no refund has been made. Money was just debited from my accounts for both orders but no delivery was done.

I have seen numerous people on Facebook struggling with exactly the same problem. When will this been sorted? No one is responded to any queries logged and your email platform is obviously not sufficient as no one is getting feedback.

This is really unacceptable. And turnaround is apparently 24 hours. Definitely NOT the case!
