Mr Delivery not delivering on customer service.
So, I have been bombarded with discounts and marketing to lure me to Your competitor, and in all honesty, LIKE VERY HONEST.. today was the very very first time that I actually considered to leave for Uber Eats.
So.. I come from work and decided to order Burger King. This is my THIRD EVER time eating from this restaurant (omg.. I am definitely making another complaint about the R41x2meal I ordered from you) . I order on the app, pay the service fee.
Few minutes later, upon seeing the ad briefly for Heineken Free Delivery, I go and order a very over priced pack of Beer. I called the call center to advise that I noticed I paid for the service fee R15. I asked if they can't cancel to reorder, but the refund would take to long. I asked for a R15 voucher for future and continued to explain that normally the free delivery is automatically deducted and I honestly missed that you had to put in a code. After holding, and holding, and holding.. The agent came back from her supervisor that said NO they can't give me a voucher because the special is for today and not next week. Wow!! A repeated customer. A customer who does not complain a lot. Who only once or twice since my long history of being with you, received compensation and you give me that kaaak? So as someone with great experience in customer care - I look at aftersales of every company I deal with. I question WHY AM I LOYAL TO YOU? On top of that. YOUR ADVERTI*****T PRODUCT is Heineken BOTTLES and I'm brought Cans of beer. Misleading adverti*****t? Competition Board????? And the cherry on the cake has to be the driver delivering to the Wrong street. SMITH STREET IS NOT HOPKINS STREET SIR! (#DFD***9)
