Mr Delivery not delivering

After placing order DFD***8 with Mr Delivery for pizza the payment was taken and the delivery guy went to collect but after a difference in opinion with the delivery guy ended up not taking the delivery. I ended up needing to call the pizza restaurant to complete the order.

I received a call from Mr Delivery, just a quick ring by time I clicked on the answer button they dropped the call and refunded the money into my wallet on Mr Delivery.

This is disappointing to say the least, your staff issues is yours to deal with and should not affect me at all and secondly you should pay my money back into my bank account. This is not a situation where you can choose what you do with my money or even try to force me to order through you again.

After some investigation I found that your prices is much higher than using delivery directly from the different stores whilst you still ask for a tip for the driver.

I insist you place the money with immediate payment back into may account as you willingly took the money the same way!
