Mr Delivery no proper communication chanel

I placed an order on app for pick n pay and the main part of the order was not included as not available as soon as receipt was given I tried to cancel order through WhatsApp, the driver and the 3 numbers provided which all 3 does not work by the way. I now had to pay R35 delivery for a R59 order. This is not acceptable as you should be able to cancel if there is no alternative choice. And it's 40 minutes later I still haven't received any feedback.
