Mr Delivery no or very limited support

Rather use Uber Eats due to no or limited support from MR Delivery. 2 Unauthorized purchases made on my account immediately called them waited +- 8Minutes to get a hold of someone to cancel the order and try to refund the money.

I get told that the consultant will need to log it with a manager due to it being 2 high amount orders (One being R650 and other R660).

I already started to reset my password to the app and removed all my cards that were linked. Consultants calls me back and they cant refund me I need to log a dispute with my bank. I had a similar case with UberEats and they immediately refunded me.
