Mr delivery never has change for cash deliveries

So last night i order steers from mr delivery the food was on time but the driver (not the fist time this has happened) had absolutely no change to give me as i was paying cash and did not have my atm card with me so basically if you pay cash have the correct amount or they just keep your change the amount of change was almost the precise amount of my order so what ive observed these drivers never have change this is a pathetic food delivery app!!!!!if you cant afford to send your drivers out with cash then take the option of cash of your payment options you guys are *****ing money from customers all i got was no change and a “eish im sorry i dont have” what the ****???????
