Mr Delivery motorcycle are unroadworthy

I have noticed that quite a few of the Mr delivery motorcycles are not road worthy as I travel past quite a few restaurants I drive past a lot of delivery motorcycles and there a a few things I see that don’t work. Especially the lights on the back. This putting the drivers lives at risk. Please can I help with the inspection and repair to these motorcycles.
