Mr. Delivery? More like, Mr. Wait and see if you'll ever get your food

I placed an order at 10:50 on 13 May 2025 which has not been delivered at the time of this post (13:01 on 13 May 2025 - 2 HOURS LATER). I phoned at 11:27 and 11:42 and was told there was some delay with the drivers. That's the same story I get EVERYTIME I order from any restaurant in Akasia, Wonderpark, and surrounds. Every time I order from that side I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours for my food with the same DULL excuse!

Here's the response I got from their WhatsApp chatline 2HOURS after placing the order and following up for a third time from my side because they just don't phone you back with any information:

"We have asked the branch to assign a driver asap but i do not have a turnaround time unfortunately" - Same Sh#t different day - always the same excuse and the same response. Mr. D is going to get very unpopular, very soon, because I'm not the only one with the SAME issue.
