MR DELIVERY - More like Mr Undelivered

This weekend I had attempted to place an order with Mr Delivery. I followed the process, selected my restaurant, performed the required food selection, selected my payment option (eft), PAID for my order and only afterwards received a notice stating that there was a problem with my order????

Why was this not picked up prior to my funds being deducted??? Why did the funds have to be deducted from my account before they had picked up that there was an issue with my order???

To date I have not being reimbursed and neither have I received feedback from my complaint to them.

UBER EATS is the way to go!
