Mr. Delivery - More like Mr. Disappointed

I have ordered food twice and twice the order didn't go through but payment went off twice. I am not getting assistance fast enough and there is no number to call. This is really pathetic. I am hungry but now I have to wait for someone to assist me. Really disappointed.
