Mr Delivery ****mers

Placed an order via the Mr delivery app for delivery which was accepted at 18h29 and payment went off from my *** after the estimated arrival time at about 19h30 I logged a query on the app that my delivery was late. I received an email advising they were checking what's going on and will get back to me. I waited a few mins and when I checked the app again my order was canceled. No reason given and no refund was received.
